In 1991, two intrepid travellers set off from the UK across Africa in their trusty Landrover named Stanley. This was the start of an epic journey across the world to find a place where they could call home. `The land of the long white cloud’, Aotearoa, filled their dreams, a land of a new adventures, pastures new, a place to put down roots and immerse themselves in their new home, The Awatere Valley, Marlborough.

We’ve just released our Stanley Estates Reserve Chardonnay 2019.
A creamy, mouth-filling style of Chardonnay, brimming with yellow peaches, toast, oat bran and subtle spicy oak flavours.
Pruning 2020 is just about to get underway and will take our crew about five weeks to complete. The grass has been mown down short by the merino sheep.
